The LCC groups in Hackney, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest also run cycle maintenance workshops. Details of current workshops are available on the LCC website.
If your bike hasn't been used for some time then it may be worth getting it checked by a local bike shop - contact details are on the site.
Do you want free lessons on how to cycle with confidence? If you are over 14, and live, work, or study in the Borough, you are entitled to 2 hours free training.
